We are seeking suitably qualified applications with tertiary qualifications and exposure to buiding systems to join our drafting team at our Lae Branch
Candidates must have the fllowing qualifications and experience:
Relevant qualifications in Drafting & Architectural or Civil Engineering
Proven experience as a draftsperson in the construction and architectual industry.
Must have management & leadership skills and a team player.
Proficiency in understanding and onterpreting technical drawings, plans and problem solving.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Requirements:
Senior Draftsperson
5+ years of Drafting & Management Experience in the construction industry.
Leading and managing a drafting team.
Experience with steel-framed residential projects
Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards.
Draftsperson
Minimum of 3-5 years of Drafting Experience in construction or architectual design industry.
Providing guidance and support to junior drafting team.
Experience with steel-framed construction projects
Knowledge of industry codes and regulations
