We are advertising for qualified talent to join us in our Ramu Agri Industries Office under our Sales & Marketing Department in Mt. Hagen for the following position:

 

Job Purpose
 
To manage and oversee all of sales, administration, and logistics functions o the department and to assist with supervising the marketing of products to support sales for the Highlands market. The Highlands Region includes Mt. Hagn and all towns in Western, Southern & Eastern Highlands and in all Highlands provinces.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage and supervise all personnel with the Highlands Region area.
  • Assist with supervision of marketing and merchandising to support sales objectives.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on sales figures, activities, and provide relevant management information daily, weekly, monthly utilising SAP software and MS office.
  • Ensure that the Sales & Marketing department works within budget requirements.
  • Awareness and management of all relevant health and safety policies to ensure aa workplace with minimal risks to health and with consideration for the environment.
  • Organize or regular staff meetings and contribute willingly and only to all discussions with company/ staff with the objective of Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Effectively communicate with all relevant warehouse/logistics stake holders and suppliers to ensure total customer satisfaction via DIFOT concepts.
  • Be able to ensure communications with customers are made. Travel for this purpose s made at least 3 times per year.
  • Beig able to be imaginative and constructive with Sales Plans and Sale Budget preparation and execution to ensure sound profitability for the business.
Job Requirements:
 
  • Must have a Degree in Sales and Marketing Management or equivalent and have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Must have a high degree of computer literacy and numeracy skills especially with MS Office programs and in SAP software.
  • Must have very good and clear communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Have very good leadership skills and ca be able to work in a team environment.
