Qualification, Work experiences and skills
The Interested applicants must possess:
- Diploma in Office Administration or related field of study
- Superb customer service skills
- Excellent speaking voice
- Knowledge of switchboards and telephone systems
- Familiarity with clerical procedures
- Excellent Customer service skills and very good telephone manners
