Company Description:

The Mt. Hagen City Authority (MHCA) is a Statutory Regulatory Authority established by the National Parliament pursuant to the Mt. Hagen City Authority Act 2015, and came into operation on 1st January 2015.
 
The MHCA is responsible for providing municipal services in the Mt. Hagen Urban areas in accordance with a memorandum of understanding entered into by the MCHA with the Mt. Hagen Urban-Local Level Government and rural services in the rural areas which come under the Mt. Hagen Rural- Local Level Government.
