Person Specification
Experience & Knowledge
- Have Sales experience in media industry.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business-to-Business sales or similar role.
- Proven high level of interpretation of client advertising needs.
- Have strong connection and client base in Port Moresby and Lae.
Essential Skills/Attributes/Abilities
- Computer literate
- Must be a self-starter
- Matured and be of sober habits
- Desirable planning, organizing and presentational skills
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively with people at various levels.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Accomplish specific goals being organized to ensure that client and in-house deadlines are met.
- Honest and very reliable and has a good record of punctuality.
